You have seen us individually throughout the past few months on social media, but we want to compile our team into one place for you to put a face to our brand.
Meet the Operations team
These people are behind the scenes making sure everything runs smoothly at the forefront. We work on payroll, insurance, onboarding packets, etc.
Renee Lin, President and CEO
To start, we have our President and CEO, Renee Lin. Renee sets the strategic direction for Meduvi and manages the overall business with our team.
Renee has an ESFJ, or Consul personality type, meaning she thrives on social interaction and naturally makes everyone feel involved and valued in the workplace.
Fun facts
She has an identical twin, her low-income upbringing shapes the way she sees the world, and she enjoys American, Chinese, and Spanish music!
Mina Kilgallen, Operations Manager
Next, we have our Operations Manager, Mina Kilgallen! She started working at Meduvi over five years ago as a part-time working mom. Since then, Mina has become an integral part of our team.
Mina has an ISFJ, or Defender personality type, meaning she’s highly analytical yet reserved, she is incredibly supportive and hard-working, and she always has an answer to our questions!
Fun facts
She put herself through college, often working two jobs. Before working at Meduvi, she was a dog walker for a friend’s start-up business, and from the age of 5-16, Mina went to Japanese school every Saturday to study language and culture.
Stephanie Reidinger, Human Resources Specialist
Our Human Resources Specialist, Stephanie Reidinger, is a bursting ray of sunshine! Steph has an INFP, or Mediator, personality type, meaning she loves to develop personal connections and is always looking for ways to be of service.
Fun facts
She is a first-generation college graduate with a degree in Psychology and Anthropology. She started her professional career in recreational therapy and she loves to travel! Stephanie once traveled to Europe with only what she could carry in a backpack.
KaLyn McCullough, Operations + Marketing Specialist
Lastly for our Operations team is our Operations and Marketing Specialist, KaLyn McCullough. KaLyn runs all our social media accounts, the blog, email campaigns, and more!
KaLyn has an INFJ, or Advocate personality type, meaning she is passionate about helping others grow personally and professionally, which is one of the reasons she loves working at Meduvi!
Fun facts
KaLyn is from Petoskey, MI, a small town at the tip of the lower peninsula, and although she grew up on Lake Michigan, she never learned how to swim. She also loves all things true crime — documentaries, books, podcasts.
Meet the Recruiting Team
If you are looking for a job, these are the people you want to talk to! We hire for several different positions in the healthcare industry, from medical assistants to java developers.
Lisa Cimorelli, Director of Recruiting
Lisa Cimorelli is our Director of Recruiting and Tom Brady extraordinaire. She has an ESFJ, or Consul, personality type — the same as our CEO! Lisa loves to be around others. She takes pride in being involved with something meaningful.
Fun facts
She majored in Theater, played the role of Tzeitel in Fiddler on the Roof in a dinner theater, and she LOVES the beach!
Jestine Mabaet, Recruiting Consultant
Jestine Mabaet is our Recruiting Consultant, and we’ve loved getting to know her the past few months!
Jes has an ENFJ, or protagonist personality type, and we can say firsthand, she has such a positive impact on others! She is one of the hardest workers we know and is always looking for ways to make our lives easier.
Fun facts
She is an only child, and her parents taught her to work hard to achieve what she wants. Jes loves to cook! She says if she were not a recruiter, she would be a chef (we’ve had her banana bread before — it’s delicious). Lastly, Jes loves to travel! She has visited five Asian countries and is looking forward to exploring the US!
Rod Santiago, Technical Recruiter
The final member of the Recruiting team is our Technical Recruiter, Rod Santiago.
Rod has an ESFJ, or Consul personality type, just like Renee and Lisa! Rod’s personality, much like his job, is people-focused, and his dedication to his work is unmatched!
Fun facts
When he was 21, he closed a deal to supply a new tech school with all their computer needs. Rod was working three blocks away from the former WTC twin towers on Sep 11, 2001 — they were stranded in the building for four hours because a thick cloud of debris was outside the building.⠀
After his mom passed away, he designed and coded a memorial site for her. He decided to expand the site so other people can create their own to memorialize their loved ones!

These folks make sure our clients are satisfied, and their main focus is optimizing our client relationships.
Linda Vadeboncoeur, Director of Customer Success
Our Director of Customer Success, Linda Vadeboncoeur, is dedicated to creating and maintaining client relationships.
Linda has an INFJ or Advocate personality type. We like to think of her as a momma bear. Her accounts are her babies, and she does everything in her power to keep them safe and “healthy”!
Fun facts
She is the youngest of seven children; she birthed, raised, and trained horses growing up, and when she was only 25, Linda bought her first house on 3 acres. She soon realized the yard maintenance was a lot of work, so she started a Landscape Maintenance Company!
John Doyle, Director of Contracts
And last on the Meduvi team but certainly not the least, we have our Director of Contracts, John Doyle.
John has an ENTJ, or Commander, personality type — a natural-born leader whose drive exceeds expectations.
Fun facts
John taught business subjects to young college graduate women who lacked the necessary skills to succeed in business, managed staffing firms for the organizations he worked for, and his favorite hobby is gardening!
