An Inside Look at Meduvi's Culture
When asked what three words they would use to describe our company culture, the Meduvi team said: caring, integrity, and inclusivity.
Today we wanted to share with you how we practice those three words daily.
Caring
If you follow us on social media or our blog, you know we care. Our foundation is creating and maintaining personal connections while optimizing efficiency and success. The beauty of being a small business is you get to know who you’re working with and for on a personal level.
How do we do this? The Meduvi team is full of caring, welcoming, and supportive individuals. We are in the staffing industry because we care for others and love seeing our clients and employees succeed.
Integrity
We’ve said it before — everything we do, we do for the benefit of our clients and employees. We hold ourselves to the highest standards possible to deliver white-glove customer service and get our clients the highest return on investment.
How do we do this? We’re honest with ourselves and others. If we don’t know the answer to something, we work hard to find one — we’re always learning and looking for ways to improve, both professionally and personally.
Inclusivity
We talk about inclusivity A LOT, and it’s because it means so much to us. While we have a CEO and middle management, we’re a working unit. We all collaborate, bounce ideas off each other, and we’re always learning from one another.
How do we do this? Validation. We keep an open mind, actively listen, and always ask questions. We never want someone to leave a meeting or get off a phone call feeling dismissed or unheard.
We value different perspectives, cultures, and ways of thinking because we firmly believe the best way to solve a problem is to look at it from all sides.
